Cancelled reservations still showing

Hi all
I leave in less than a week and I still have cancelled reservations showing on the MDE app on my phone and IPad. Everything is correct if I check via the website. I also have the cancellation emails. Do Imneed to do something about it or just leave it?

DME app is probably just glitching, sometimes when you log out of the app and log back in it corrects itself. I wouldn't worry about it too much, especially if you have the cancellation emails.
 
After checking in have the CM print you out all of your dining reservations. If the cancelled reservations are still showing, you can have it corrected right there.

If you log into the disney website, as opposed to the app, your reservations should be updated and reflect all changes. I have also had this problem with the app.
 

I had that last week and I had to call and have them removed by IT. It was kind of annoying and I wanted to make sure that I wasn’t going to get charged a no show fee. This was on the computer, not the MDE app
 
Never trust anything the app shows or does not show.
Trust the website and the cancellation emails.
 
Sort of unrelated but when we checked in for our BOG breakfast a couple of weeks ago the CM was looking at his computer and said "And you'll be coming back for dinner at 9pm?" and I was like "um...no?" He looked kind of confused and I pulled up my MDE app and didn't see any dinner reservation (because I hadn't made one) and I showed it to him and he said "Oh don't worry, it's fine, I'll take care of it." o_O I was watching my credit card like a hawk all last week to see if any sort of no-show charge showed up, and it didn't. Still, sort of freaked me out that the CM apparently saw a reservation in my name that I didn't make...
 
It happens to us every year but I just keep the cancellation email if needed as proof. We were once charged a no show fee for Via Napoli even though we ate there, luckily they gave me a refund. I now keep the receipts too.
 
I have a few I can only see on the app (like I modified one and both times show so I know it’s not 2 separate ones) and they don’t show up if I look on the website. Then I have 4 that won’t fall off on either, that have already been canceled, got the email etc. They show up on both and on the website instead of change or cancel it’s just a spinning thing like it’s loading.

I called and they told me they are defintely canceled and when the date passes they should disppear. They connected me to IT though, and they tried to get rid of them but had the same problem I did because they were already canceled. I told them as long as they show as canceled and I won’t get charged we’ll just leave them there.
 
I have a bunch (maybe 7) that are still on both the app and my computer. Mine also have the spinny thing. I have the cancellation emails. I may deal with it before I go, but I will probably wait and see if I get charged. I wish Disney would hire real IT people to run their online things and actually have functioning apps and websites.
 
I cancelled an ADR yesterday and it's gone from my app but I never got an email. I also made like 6 others and only got 3 emails - their IT department is so quirky.
 
There's caching on the app side that causes this to happen. As long as you have all your email confirmations there's nothing to be alarmed about.

I have one on the website that is doing the limbo spin as well. I called 407.WDW.DINE and they confirmed that it was cancelled. I keep all of my cancellation emails, so hopefully won't have to worry about it, if I get a no-show charge.

Having the same issue!! I called and confirmed that the ADR's are cancelled but they are still showing and I cannot make anything around those times. Very frustrating!!
