I know most people would never do this but I love the convenience of going to a restaurant at the park where we are spending the day. After a long day at MK, it's tough to drag 3 children and travel to the Poly to wait for a 7pm ressie for Ohana's. We have gone to Ohana's 3 times and loved it but also love Liberty Tree Tavern as well. Does anyone find the less they have the travel around the better? Linda

I agree. When you are tired after a long day in the prk, it seems to take forever to get to a resort to eat.

By dinner time I'm pretty much toast for the day. I can either eat at a park and go to the room, or I can go to the room and eat. An extra stop for food doesn't do much for me.:earsboy:

It probably is easier and more convienant to eat in the park I'm spending the day at, but when I have longer trips I like to take breaks from the park, and see all the different resorts, so I don't mind spending time traveling.

Now my next trip is shorter, and only twice am I leaving the park to eat, and both are close by, one in the Epcot resort area, and one at one of the monorail resorts.

I cancelled November 15th at 7:05 pm for a party of five. I'm having these feelings of "I can't believe I cancelled an Ohana ressie". But it's OK we will go there again next time and it's a little late since we have a 2 year old and the ressie was a little late to begin with.

I actually did the exact same thing last night. I started worrying about some of the seasonings I was reading about online that might be used at 'Ohana so I decided I didn't want to take the chance of getting a migraine from eating there. Plus, it would give us some extra time in MK.

You made a good choice. That is a bit late for a 2 yr old. Your much better off at liberty tree cause its nice and close and the food is SOOOOO GOOD! I absolutely love it there! :cloud9:

Dh and I LOVE Ohana...the kids especailly DD not so much, shes not a big meat eater...so we tried Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch last Oct and its our NEW favorite, we :love::love: it, even DD, so we are doing that on our MK day

I really love LTT also. Some people say it's like stouffer's, but I don't see that. The turkey, ham, homemade mashed potatoes and the salad is awesome. AND don't get me started with that hot apple crisp dessert. Wish I was there right now!
