Cancellations at Cindy's

I was unable to book CRT for our May trip. When should I start calling to see if there have been any cancellations.

Don't give up, I was in the hospital when I should have been calling for Cindy's, so I missed the window. When codes came out, I ended up booking a concierge room at the Poly and the planning office was able to get me a PS a couple of weeks before our trip, so those cancellations are out there.
