So how do we go about cancelling our reservation and getting a refund of our deposit?
I sent an email to dis2001@wdwinfo.com over a month ago and have gotten no response. I sent another a few days ago, including copying it to Linda, and have gotten no response.
So if someone could let me know what I need to do to get my money back, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
