I made a mistake with a booking and when i cancelled it the cm told me they would wave the cancellationfee. I checked my creditcard statement online and found out they did charged me the fee now i dont mind paying because it was my mistake but the cm said the would cancelled what can i do about it do i need to call or chalk it up to my own mistake
