I made a mistake with a booking and when i cancelled it the cm told me they would wave the cancellationfee. I checked my creditcard statement online and found out they did charged me the fee now i dont mind paying because it was my mistake but the cm said the would cancelled what can i do about it do i need to call or chalk it up to my own mistake
 
call back, do you have the date and time of call? CM name?

ty i did call and have to call billing direct so i will call again in 30 minutes
 
well i called and they said it was credited but i can take 2 billing cycles to show it on my statement

That is correct. It is usually quicker than that, but it can take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
 
well im just glad i get the money back but i was preparred to take the loss as it was my own mistake
