We booked through Costco Travel and received an "Action Required" email with a survey, asking us if we want the refund or FCC on our May 25 sailing. Does anyone know how long we have to give DCL (via the travel agent) our decision?

I understand if we go with the FCC, it must be used within 15 months. I wonder if this offer will be extended if the cruises take several months to get back up and running....

In case anyone is wondering, I got my answer from using the live chat on the DCL website. The credit is automatically added to our profile. We either have to sail within 15 months of original cruise date or ask for a refund before the 15 months is over. So, either sail or ask for refund within 15 mos.
