Cancellation question

Hi, we have 4 nights booked on the wish for the end of august, paid in full. If needed to cancel now, do you know what the penalty is? We do have the Disney cruise insurance if that’s a factor. Thank you!

Disney Insurance does not help until you board (I always recommend getting outside insurance).
Current policy depends on how many days you are before sailing-

89-45 days	Deposit per Guest
44-30 days	50% of vacation price per Guest
29-15 days	75% of vacation price per Guest
14 days or less	100% of vacation price per Guest

Cruises 1 to 5 Nights (Excluding Suites and Concierge Staterooms)​

If you are on the 21st sailing you just missed the cut off for a full refund but will only forgo deposits. If you are on the 28th you still can get a full refund.

This assumes not in a concierge room.

You’ve got a couple of days to still cancel for full refund. Just know the insurance will be non-refundable.

Disney Insurance does not help until you board

Depending on the reason for cancelling, the insurance may reimburse whatever was non-refundable. Or if the claim is denied, the guest is eligible for a credit with DCL.
