Cancellation policy ?

I am thinking about planning a trip for Spring Break for my DDs, but my husband, a firefighter, will not know when the fire department will hold the next promotional exam. If they hold it during or very soon after he will not be able to go. What is the cancellation policy on vacation packages ? Another option would be to have my sister go in his place, is this allowed ?

I believe you have up to 45 days before the trip to cancel with no penalty and a full refund. The disney website should be able to give you more information.

Cancel before 45, no charge, cancel 7-44 days before, $100 charge, cancel 1-6 days, $200 charge.

Your sister should be able to go in his place, they may charge you a $50 fee if you need to change the name on the reservation 21 days or less before check in, from what I've seen they skip that if you rnot reducing the package.

Since Spring Break time is quite full, I'd suggest calling CRO and asking the exact question you posted here. The PP are right about the dates and fees, but you could double check on switching the one name on the ressie. I'd then book the dates you want to ensure being able to go. Good luck!

2007 I was able to change from my boyfriend to my 21 yr old Daughter, no extra charge(30 days out). This year I was able to add same daughter 5 days before the trip. Free dining for both. As long as you are not decreasing the amount of money you are spending you will not be charged extra.
