Cancellation Policy?

I want to take advantage of the buy 4 get 3 free offer. But I have a question about cancellation policy. I know for the DCL you can cancel with no penalty up to 90 before trip....when final payment is due. Is the resort WDW package the same?

Final payment is due 45 days in advance of travel on WDTC packages. You can cancel with no penalty any time up until final payment date.
