Cancellation policy on package deal

If I book a package (room, park tickets, and dining plan), when do I need to make a final payment. And if I had to cancel for some reason, when would I have to do that? I'm planning a November trip, and don't foresee any reason I'd have to cancel, but I just want the information in case!! Thanks.

Final payment for a package is 45 days before arrival. If you have to cancel you would need to do so before this time to avoid a cancellation fee.

Just wanted to add that the cancellation fee for a package is $200 if cancelled 44 days or less from arrival.

If I pay extra on the package will I get all of it back except the $200 if I cancel after the 45 days? I have never worried about this before but we had to cancel a few years ago because my husband was in a serious accident just 11 days before our trip. I usually book room only now but we got a free dining pin so we have a package booked now. Thanks!

If you cancel 44 days or less prior to arrival, you will get everything back, minus the $200 cancellation fee. I'm not sure what you mean by "pay extra" on the package as well as cancel less than 45 days prior to arrival as all packages must be paid in full 45 days before. Another option would be to reschedule for a later time, in which case you would not be charged the $200 fee. However, you would lose the FD discount if the new trip dates were outside of the pin code offer dates. HTH .

If you add Disney's trip insurance you will also forfeit that cost along with the $200 if you cancel within 45 days of check in.
