Can someone remind of the cancellation policy for Cali Grill? How many days in advance?

I wonder if it is different when you have the IPO book it for you? I booked it on line and my confirmation says "$20 per-person charge if you cancel within 2 days of the reservation or are a "no show" for the reservation."

Hmmm. Well, now I have to ask the dumb question - what does IPO stand for?

Either way, I am quite sure I will know more than 2 days ahead, so I guess I'm covered!

IPO is the Itinerary Planning Office for guests who are staying at Club level at one of the deluxe resorts.

Hmm, I don't know. We booked it under the platinum plan, so maybe.

There's a very good chance you will be charged for the two that don't show. Last Dec I was behind a couple checking in at California Grill. They were two short. I heard them say the other couple was not able to make it. The CM checking them in, said they would be charged a no show fee for the other couple. The man argued that he thought as long as the party showed up that they wouldn't be charged. The CM said they would be charged for the number that didn't show up.

Different restaurant, but we were charged at Akershus when we showed up one short. I woke up ill that morning, so sent the rest our party on without me. My husband told them I was ill. The CM just said OK, but when we got home I found my credit card had been charged at Akershus.
