I'm guessing he means for 5 nights or MORE? Or does it only apply to 5 night sailings?

It is just moving the 5-night cruise cancellation policy inline with the existing 6 through 9-night cancellation policy for departing US ports.

I had Costco listed as my TA for my last cruise, and upcoming one. Costco's practice/policy is they have the PIF date 2 weeks before DCL's PIF date "in case something happens, and to avoid any issues with payment." At least that's what they told me for our last cruise. For the next cruise, they had my PIF date over 6 weeks before DCL's PIF date. I couldn't figure out why. I wonder if this change has been in the works for a while and they already knew it, and had something to do with it. Anyone else book with Costco and had their PIF date quoted much earlier than the DCL one?

I always book with Costco and my PIF dates with them are at least two weeks ahead of the date Disney gives. I have one booked for the fall of 2018 and Costco has my PIF set a month before Disney would require payment. I've always gotten the same answer from Costco about making sure that 'nothing goes wrong'. On one hand I agree, but a month to six weeks seems like overkill.
