Cancellation Policy and Large Groups

Hi, my extended family of 13 will be in WDW in June and I've made several ADRs for us. I'm wondering what will happen if we show up with only 10 instead of 13. Will they charge me $30 for the missing people? I have a nephew with epilepsy and a niece with Aspergers and I'm not confident that either of them will be able to stick to the schedule.

Also, since we're in 5 rooms with 5 reservations #s, how are the TS credits calculated? Do they swipe everyone's card/ticket?

How did you make the ADRs? I have a group of 12 and wasn't sure if I could do that large of a group through the website or if I needed to call group sales?
