Cancellation likely?

Hi - I just am hoping for one night at Allstar - Sports on Nov 26th. As of right now, they are booked but are encouraging me to call back because someone may cancel. Has anyone ever been in this position and had it open up?

I needed 1 night at the All Star Movies before we could get into the Poly and Disney said they were full but I contacted Dreams Unlimited and they were able to get it for me.Try contacting them it couldn't hurt and they have the same rates as Disney.

This past May we canceled just hours (the night before our flight out) for a 14 night stay at the A/S Music, so cancellation do occur. We were lucky enough to not have disney charge us the one night deposit because of a family emergency. (The airlines didn't charge us either). When things were better, about a week later, we tried to salvage our trip, so called 2 nights prior to leaving again and were able to get into the a/s Movies at a CM rate for 9 nights. So things do open up. I guess I freed up alot of nights for many people by canceling my original reservation, and in turn I still managed to get into the A/S Mo. at a discounted rate just 48 hours notice.
