What did the terms and conditions say when you bought the tickets?

Best thing to do is call Getaway, we can't speak for them nor do we make their policies. Some ticket resellers charge a "restocking fee", so it may not work out to be less after that. And, they may honor the discount you received. Call them.

They are supposed to be refundable. But as was already mentioned you need to contact them or go to their website and see what you can find there.

From Getaway Today's ticketing page: Tickets are refundable for a fee, or free with our optional Peace of Mind Plan, if fully unused and refunded within 365 days of purchase. Refunds apply to the entire order, so if one ticket is refunded, all tickets must be changed and repurchased at current prices.

So as everyone has suggested, contact them directly so you can determine if it is worth returning the tickets or if the fee will wipe out all savings.
