Canceling a droid workshops

I accidentally booked a droid workshop instead of the light saber experience and can’t figure out how to cancel it. The light saber one shows up in my itinerary but the droid does not. I have a confirmation number but when I try and call the wait is over 2 hours! And help????

If your trips not for a few weeks you could email guest services with the email address attached to your mde account along with your name and confirmation number and ask them to cancel it for you (I’d definitely explain the res isn’t showing up in your itinerary). I wouldn’t expect an immediate response but I’ve always had luck emailing them with issues and received a response/resolution within a week.
