Cancel before 45 days out?

Looks like we will be postponing our trip.
We put down our deposit, had the travel insurance worked into the price and the total is due on Wednesday.

If we cancel before the 45 day mark , do we get the whole deposit back? Or do we lose the insurance money?

Can't seem to access the site at the moment, keeps saying the page is not available with the terms and conditions.

Next time, I would suggest that you just book a hotel directly through Loews. You can cancel within 5 days of arrival with no charge and the only thing you need to do is put one night's rate down as deposit (and it will be refunded in full as long as you cancel with those 5 days remaining). Purchase your tickets through undercovertourist.com once you know for sure you will be going.

There are no savings when you purchase a package. In fact it is often cheaper to book everything individually. You can also change your hotel rate if it drops without any penalties.
