Cancel a resv online?

Unfortunately I need to cancel a resv I have for Feb 09, but I don't see that as an option on the DVC website. Is this done via email contact (link on website) or via telephone only?

At this time it is by telephone only if you want it done immediately . Since member services is open 7 days a week you should be able to call today to do it if you wish.

You can do it online using the email link, but I'd advise calling. That way you will get immediate feedback that it has been cancelled. By using email it could take a couple of days or more before you'd get any reply.

MS is open from 9:00am - 5:30pm daily.

I would cancel by phone but if you decide to call today be aware that people are booking the member cruise today. There have been reports of people being on hold for over an hour waiting to speak to MS. You might want to wait until this afternoon to try to call.
