Canadian wanting to work at WDW

Hi Everyone,

I'm just looking for some help... I have wanted to work at wdw for a while now and I don't know how to go about doing so. I am not in school and I have applied through a different company, but i want to know if i can apply to wdw directly.

Unfortunately, for Canadians, the only method to apply to the Walt Disney World Resort is through the Disney International Programs. If you are not currently enrolled at College or University, you may choose to apply to the Cultural Representative programme, which employs Canadians in the Canada Pavilion at Epcot on one-year temporary, non-immigrant visas.

The Walt Disney World Resort is unable to accept direct applications unless one is legally permitted to work in the United States without restriction, and is resident in the United States.

That is too bad! I applied through YummyJobs.com, but i just really want to be able to come an work for the mouse

Yummy Jobs is the right way to apply! They act is the middleman between Disney and Canadian/British applicants. Best of Luck with your application!

Fill out an app online! I auditioned in MN to be a character performer and totally got it and accepted into the college program! well I filled out the international app even thought I possess dual citizenship. Being a Canadian didn't matter as long as I had identification, I also drove a good 8 hours to get there /: Good Luck!

Thanks! EVERYONE! But, I just got an email today saying I didn't get accepted. They had a ton of applicants and apparently since I didn't have any experience in hospitality I didn't get picked. Oh well, I'll try again next year.
