Canadian Ticket

I got my son a 7 day Canadian ticket via Airmiles, and have to exchange it when we get to Disney. The card says we can exchange it at 1 of the 4 parks, but don't really want to go to the parks on the first day. Can it be exchanged at Disney Springs?

They've even opened a Ticket Center in Disney Springs that is dedicated to all things ticket-related and it would be the perfect place to do what you need.
