Since you're in Ontario, you legally have to work for a TICO licensed host company. If you get caught working for a US host company, you can be charged, fined and convicted. See TICO's press releases here:

Dugan's is based in NM, USA. Wouldn't work with them if I were you.

I'm with Dugan's but I'm located in Virginia. I've been with them for over five years now and have been very pleased. I am a Disney specialist but could sell any destination that I wanted to (and I occasionally do sell other products to existing clients.)

I'm not sure that I can post my site but I built my own and didn't go with a 'canned' solution that I see a lot on the internet for travel agents.

I believe there are only 3 provinces in Canada that have the consumer protection programs that TICO and the like provide - Ontario, Quebec and B.C.

It is my understanding that if you live in any other province in the country - you are free to operate as you wish, with whomever you wish.

Found out the agency has to be licensed in Sask. And it is a crazy process. It appears Dugan's is looking into it, but likely not going to happen

Any other suggestions would be fantastic!!
