Canadian room discount

The canadian room discount doesn't show up on the wdw site when booking. Does this discount have to be booked with Disney directly or a travel agent? We have friends wanting to go down the end of May and I'm trying to find some discounts for them. How much is the CAA discount for the value resorts?

I had the same issue trying to find the link to book. I asked the online help and they provided me a direct link. I would post it but I'm too new

Ask the online help and that should work for you, from there just click "click availability" and it will using the room discount!

I can see the Canadian Discount, on the bottom left of page.

What I don't understand is why the Canadian discount for Deluxe resorts are lower then the US discount U.S. deluxe discount is 30%
Doesn't seem quite fair.
