Canadian Offer Tickets Expired, should I call?

Hi All

We had to cancel our trip in April 2020 and had purchased the Canadian offer tickets. I had the digital tickets loaded onto my phone and in my Disneyland acccount, but they have disappeared now.
What my best plan of action to have them added to my account again? I have an Airmiles ticket that I was able to connect to my account no problem but I don't have the ticket codes from the others, just my order confirmation number.

We are planning on going in the Fall so I wanted to get my park reservations all dealt with. I've been on hold with them on the phone for quite a while.... seems like everyone in all of America/Canada is trying to call them right now lol

Anyone else had to deal with this? TIA!

I called to change the dates for WDW tho. Be prepared to wait I was a solid 2 hours on hold and if took two calls . I had to pay a fair bit for the ones that were date specific (800 usd for 3 ppl @ 7 day ) to current price and the two that were stated dec 2030 I don’t pay a difference for ..
they were unable to tell me if I still need to go prove Canadian identify somewhere prior to use.. so I will assume I have to .
 
Since the Air Miles vouchers are just that, I believe we still need to go to a guest services with passport and vouchers and then they convert them to tickets.

@TammyLynn33 The fact that those vouchers are flexible date is a game changer for sure. That's the key to not having to pay different in cost.

I was on hold Friday evening for 45 minutes, which wasn't too bad.

I have been trying to get access to our tickets they are not linked to my app and are not coming up from the emails either. I have tried emailing in and was told to try the chat feature on the app. It has been 3 days and still no replies. I tried calling today but can't get through they are at max capacity for phone calls.

Anyone have any tricks or tips to get in the hold cue or ahold of anyone?

I am keeping this number. I spent almost 3
Hours on the phone today. Only 10 mins with a cast member. She was great though. Got all my tickets re attached to my account.
 
I need to call Disneyland too. I'm in the same boas as the OP. Bought Disney Canadian tickets and our trip got canceled one week before the pandemic started... I would prefer if Disney could extend the offer rather than keeping the credit. My tickets had MaxPass, park-hopper and one extra magic hour (unsure if this is what was called) on them.

When I called yesterday she said it is very possible that they will extend the expiry on these tickets again. I believe she told mine were good till Dec 14th.

I hope they extend them too.
