Canadian Military Discounts?? Any available?

Hello,

I was just wondering if there are any discounts for Canadian Military at WDW? It seems that Shades of Green is only for U.S. Military and unless you have a friend in the U.S. military who will sponsor you and check-in and out at the same time, it is not available for Canadians.

My brother is in the Cnd Military and we actually looked into this. The round about answer was no, its for US military. However if you are stationed on a US base but are not US military you can use it. That was about 6 years ago it , it may have changed since then.

Not Disney, but I was asking about this back in April, and a Diser PMed me that her family was able to get the military discount (which I think is actually free admission!) at Seaworld San Diego. They just showed their Canadian military ID at the ticket window. My friends are going to try it at Seaworld Orlando this year... but no guarantees, I guess it just depends on who's on at the window and what they've been told about the policy.
