Canadian Mickey Request

I'm hoping that one of you talented Disigners can help me out!

I'd love a Mickey head with the Canadian flag on the inside of it (like the ones you see in the Epcot disigns) and a Mikey Mouse wearing the RCMP uniform standing beside the Mickey head. There's a great RCMP Mickey in the Epcot passport thread, but I don't have your talent or the pixie dust to make my idea come to life! Can anyone please help me out?
