Does anyone know if there is a "low key" Canadian/Disney hat being sold in Epcot?

Doubtful that there's anything low key. Whatever you get would probably brand you a Canadian.

And bit of a tangent, but I've always found it funny that one could wear Stars and Stripes and get called out for being too blatantly American, but we could wear clothes with a flashing LED maple leaf and probably get complimented for it.

The only Canadian themed hat I've seen was in the store in the Canadian Pavilion and the store on your exit by the Beach Club (International Traveller??? Can't remember the name) BUT they were definitely not low key. They were the Mickey ears with lumberjack red plaid, hockey sticks, a beaver, a mini mountie hat and a Canadian flag. My DD's still wear them at Epcot, but definitely not low key and definitely branded as a Canadian as mentioned by starvenger.
