Can you weld letters together on a Cameo like you can with SCAL on a Cricut?

I have a baby bug with SCAL and the computer it is loaded on died. I'm thinking of getting a Cameo, wanted one for a while, and wondered if you can weld letters together?

Yes welding is one of the options in the Silhouette Studio software

You can not only weld any of the fonts off your computer but you can offset it to make shadows as many times as you would like!! It's amazing!!! I only have a portrait but do believe I will upgrade to the cameo by summer!

Also - I believe that the software is free on their website so you can always download it and play around a bit to see if it has the features you are looking for before buying the machine.
