Can you use templates with CM???

Krista and Britt always put out such cutey templates out. Can I use these with Storybook Creator?

Can you save the templates as a png file? if so you should be able to bring them into the software. Or with a little messing around, if they are jpeg you can do it too, but you would have to remove any white that defaulted in the photo spots by saving as jpeg.
