Can you use Disney gift cards to pay for Good Neighbor Hotel/Park package if booked through Disney?

I was able to do this just last week. Bought the disney GC at Kroger and just went online to the 'make a payment' link and entered it there where it asks for payment. Going today to Target to buy enough to pay off my ressie. It was just so easy! HTH (btw we are staying at the Fairfield Anaheim)

Thank you! I enjoy the Disney Hotels but with a teenager I like to have a little more space in the room so we can all have a little bit of quite time.
