Can you use disney dollars in DTD?

If you can, is there a store to purchase mickeys in. DD collects them and usually picks up a few in wdw but we are doing UO/IOA this trip - We will be in DTD for cirque du soleil.

We make the World of Disney the place where we give the kids disney dollars... that is where we do most of our trip shopping.

To my surprise, they even accept Disney Dollars at McDonald's in DTD.
