Currently there're no rooms available at the head Island resort. Can we use the beach access as a DDC member if we're staying at another resort? Can we show our Id and get in?

The HH Beach House is in a public access area - so as long as you have permit access to the Palmetto Dunes area you can use the beach at that location. There are public restrooms and an outside window for the Disney snack bar at the Beach House. However, unless you are staying at the resort, you will not have access to the Beach House facility itself. Access to the Beach House requires a KKTW card.

You can certainly walk around the HH resort, but they usually will not give visitors a parking pass (with beach access) or a key to the Beach House. You can ask at the front desk to see a vlla if there are any unoccupied and clean.

Permit access is granted to those staying within Palmetto Dunes including DVC resort guests. There is a security gate you'd need to pass thru and they will look for Disney parking passes or Palmetto Dunes resdient passes.

Enjoy! :)
