From the Disney website. I got my whopping 7.51 VISA from the milk settlement. So I’d like to use that and put the rest on a CC.

The problem I've had with those prepaid Visas are that the website you are trying to use it can't "read" that there is only $7.51 left on it, so it just declines it. The last really small one like that I had, I bought an Amazon GC for the exact amount and then immediately turned around and loaded the AZ gift card into my account as a credit.

I was afraid of that. I wonder if I would call if they could put it through. Thanks

Not sure the time spent calling and on hold would be worth it to save $7. Just use that money for something else in life.

Go to a grocery store and buy the gift card there.
