Can you upgrade a power pass to a preferred pass?

A Star or Adventure Ticket can only be Upgraded to Two Things the first is a Silver Star which is a 2 Day 2 Park 3rd Day Free ticket that must be used in 6 Days. The other ticket is an Annual Pass.

The Cost to upgrade to a Power Pass:

$127.75

The Cost to Upgrade to the Preferred Annual Pass:

$191.65
- $63.64

$128.01
