Can you update tickets at CSR

We have days left on our tickets from 2002 and 1992. The 2002 tickets include 2 children's tickets that would have to be upgraded to adult and the 1992 tickets are the old stamp/punch ticket that would have to be upgraded for fp. Can this be done at the CSR or only at a park gate?

I'm not sure if this answers your question, but any Guest services throughout the parks or Downtown Disney should be able to do this for you. I've heard the resort front desks no longer check old passes, which would mean they also do not upgrade.

Buzz2001, you do seem to be the CSR expert; do you know if they can replace the old tickets with new at CSR or would I have to do that at the parks.

Not sure if you can or not. By twinklebug post it looks like a no. Try calling CSR directly at 1-407-939-1000 and ask to be 100% sure.
