I can, but I have to stretch for a minute first. If I try to do it with no stretching, then I'm too stiff.
i could. then i quit dancing and haven't stretched for about 3 years. i also cant do the splits anymore. i should start stretching again.

I mean I can touch my toes with my fingertips, but when I was a dancer I could put my palms flat on the floor.
I was so flexible when I was a dancer, it was crazy.
I remember doing a split and then my teacher picking my leg up in the back and tilting my head backwards so my foot and head could touch.
I need to start stretching again.

When I did dance, I could do side splits and put my chest all the way to the floor. I can't believe I did that!![]()
