I'd like to learn more about Teppan Edo in Japan. I wasn't really planning on eating there but I've seen several comments recently how good it is, and how the filet was much better there than Le cellier, etc. So, now I'm thinking of trying this restaurant, but unsure of how this place works. I do know you sit with maybe up to 6 others at one table and have a cook making your stuff for you in front of you. Is that right? I didn't realize you order you own filet or shrimp or whatever. So, could someone please tell me how this restaurant works? How is the seating? I like to know what to expect when things are different than in a typical restaurant. How is the steak? What about the shrimp, is it breaded or not breaded? And, how long does it take generally to have lunch or dinner? Thanks guys!

Can't wait to eat there again in Dec!!
