Can you take drinks from Tambu lounge to Beach at the Polynesian?

Just wondering if we could take drinks to the beach and relax after dinner or if the drinks had to stay in the bar/restaurant areas? THanks!!

Disney has a Roaming liquor license meaning you can drink anywhere-- except where Disney says you can not...
The problem here is you will get a drink in a glass so:
Buy a drink at the pool bar.
You can buy beer, wine and hard liquor at any gift shop.
BYO
Ask if they will serve in a plastic cup... most places in Disney have plastic cups in case you do not finish your drink and want it to go.

Isn't there also a drink in a big coconut? That likely has a plastic cup inside.

Excellent thank you! And it's funny you mention the pineapple drink... That's the one I wanted to bring out to the beach!! I understand the no glass rule but I hope there's not a pineapple rule lol!

LOL!!! I just researched the pineapple drink (it's not coconut...oops) for, um...you know...just research purposes....and it's the famous Lapu Lapu in a real carved out pineapple with no cup. I may just have to try that out in Aug when we are there for the Luau and then hope to watch fireworks from the beach....just for research purposes, of course
