Awww Dan..so nostalgic.I grew up with the Jackson 5, Osmonds, David Cassidy..made me very sad that such a bright star has dimmed.
A little of his talent in the music world today would be refreshing.

He had a brilliant mind, a tender heart and feet that moved like no other. So very sad that he was such a tortured soul..

Wherever he is--I hope he is moonwalking across the sky!

I never really paid too much attention to the lyrics. I believe he wrote songs in referencing how he truly felt inside.

For me, one of his best will always be "Ben". I know, it's about a rat. Not really. It's about one person reaching out to another. Two misfits.

I was always amazed at the friendships that Michael formed with people like Elizabeth Taylor, Brooke Shields, Liza Minelli, Mccauley Culkin. In their own way, all of these people were lonely, sad people. Fortunately, Brooke has found happiness in her family, but as a teen, she was the butt of a lot of not so friendly gossip. Michael was a lost soul. He was judged harshly by a lot of people, but he found comfort from others in similar circumstances. I'm glad they found some happiness in each other.

I was lucky enough to see Michael in concert. I will always treasure that experience.
