Can you take a boat from FW to WS in EPCOT?

We were there in Sept & dd4 was tired after half of the WS countries. We did not want to have to walk all the way around to go to FW so we hopped a boat around Morocco (I think). Well, we sat on the boat as it stopped back by Mexico thinking it would continue to FW. It didn't! It went back to Morocco. We wondered why everyone got off at Mexico! Hee hee! Anyway, is there any way to get from FW to WS by boat or are the only boats the ones that run btwn Mexico & Morocco?

Here is what we want to do, so maybe someone can give me the best way to do it. We are splitting EPCOT into 3 days, 1 for FW & 2 for WS. We will be doing Mex - USA one day & USA - Canada another day. on our Mex - USA day we would like to get back to FW from USA without having to walk either all the way around, or backtrack. Then on our USA - Canada day we would like to go right from FW to USA since we plan to end in Canada. Can this be done?

Can't really be done the way you want to do it. There is no boat going between WS and FW. The best you can do is get on the boat in Morocco or Germany and take it back to Mexico or Canada and then walk from there. The boats are exclusive to WS.

However, you may want to BEGIN your WS days at American Adventure. When you come into WS, do your "halfway" walk at the top of the day when you're not as tired, and work your way back to FW. That way, you end at Showcase Plaza and FW instead of ending at AA.

the stops may be identified as Mexico and Canada but they are actually at the gift shops at the end of FW(beginning of WS). The boats go as far into FW as the water goes.

Depending on the time of day, season, etc., only one of the stops by the gift shops will be open. The boat will stop at Morocco and Germany before coming back up to the starting point. ('Germany may have been closed for refurbishment during your stay.

When the crowd levels go up (e.g. afternoon), the stop at the gift shop closest to Mexico will only go to Germany and back.

The Stop by the gift shop closest to Canada will only go to Morocco and back.
