Can you still walk into any counter service restaurant and ask for cups of free water?

2015 last trip. Does the free water/ice still hold true in 2024?

Yes the original post was back from 2021 where certain indoor QS were bullish about letting guests in if they didn’t have a mobile order return time

At MK Casey’s & Pecos Bills are my go to is as they have a designated area as does pizza rizzo at DHS
