Can you still upgrade dining with a FD Pin?

We are planning on staying at POP but would pay to upgrade to regular dining plan for character meals if still allowed. Anyone know if it is still possible and how much it would be for 2014?

We did this last year with our pin (sadly no pin for us this year). We stayed 6 days/5 nights for 2 adults and it ended up $200 cheaper than staying at a mod.
