Can you still successfully tour AK w/o fps for that park?

I know a lot has changed, but can you still get on things at RD and save your Fps for a different park w/o suffering horrendous lines?

Under "normal" conditions (non-holiday,) in the mornings and early afternoon, you can do quite a few things w/o needing FP+.

The times that DAK FP+ will now be more necessary will be after about 4:00-5:00PM.
