Can you still buy WDW tickets through 3rd parties?

My excitement to book park reservations on Monday (my whole family has resort reservations and tickets for our rebooked from April to November trip) quickly disappeared when my mother told me that her Florida Discover tickets are only extended to September 2020, and she called and could neither get them extended nor changed to regular tickets (our trip is in November). Obviously her inability to get into the parks on the same days as us will torpedo our once in a decade Disney trip. Are there any third party sites still selling Disney tickets that I can buy and link up to MDE? Or is there any way around this disaster that will save our trip? Or should I just throw in the towel and hope for 2021 (if I can even end up booking that).
