Can you sing ?

I can sing. Not great, but pretty much on tune. I teach preschool kids, and this is one of those topics that gets discussed at conferences. A lot of teachers feel really uncomfortable singing with their kids. The "professionals" will tell you that it does not matter at all if you sing on tune. The kids don't care, and will sing along with you regardless.

Now, my DS15 (16 tomorrow!) can SING. He has a fantastic voice and sings in our church choir. He has had several solos already, and people always comment to him (and us) at how beautiful his voice is. He really is blessed with a gift....and he totally did not get it from me!

Oh, and hey...you're in Colorado? And you do theatre? Do I know you? LOL I'm trying to think of which company did Joesph last fall....

It was in Colorado Springs at the FAC. The show really kicked my tail. after 20 years, the mind is willing, but the body is weak! I pulled a thigh muscle badly, which is just now healing. It was fun to get out there again. My kids had never seen me perform so that was neat.
