bless you. the funeral was very hard for me. it was for the dad of one of my mom's friends, and i was out of view of the mourners, but hearing them cry broke my heart, especially since i knew the family so well. not an experience i care to repeat, but i would do it again for someone i was close to.
Oh man I would have loved to have been out of view. I was up in front of the congregation front and center.
I LOVE being in front of everyone at karaoke, I'm not bothered by it at all on Sunday mornings or any kind of "performing". But, when people are so sad and crying, it just breaks my heart
. I have to try to find some spot to focus on somewhere in the room so I don't see them crying or else I'll start crying too.

, but at least I know it! I feel just terrible for some of these people that audition for American Idol and are seriously surprised that the judges tell them they suck. Really? Have people lied to you all your life?
