can you see wishes from outside

If we didnt want to go into the park can we see Wishes from outside the entrance? Just wondering if it would be easier to get out to the bus if we were just outside the park?

Yes you can but it would be better from the beach area of POLY or GF or CS You won't enjoy as much if you are not inside as there is a story that goes with the presentation. You should at least see it once from inside.

If we have an ADR at Ohanas for say 8 pm, are we allowed to then go onto the beach at the resort and watch WISHES?

When we were there last Sept. we watched the Wishes from the top of the boat dock where the Ferry takes you back and forth to the park (at the TTC)...You can see it great from there and they play the music over the loud speakers at TTC that goes with wishes

You can stroll the beach anytime you like.
You can go to ANY RESORT at ANY TIME and visit (no "pool jumping" of course).

We spend lots of time at the various resorts (but only stay at ONE of them in any trip).

But back to "Wishes"...
Ohana actually PIPES IN the audio from Wishes and, usually, they even dim the lights during the show so guests can have a better view of it through the HUGE wall of windows that face MK.
We love to watch Wishes from Ohana... do it every trip.

You can also watch Wishes from the 4th FL outdoor platform at the Contemporary. There are even a few benches for the first ones who arrive. Not nearly as good as inside the park...but you can see them from there.

The dock at the Grand Floridian is a favorite for us.They pipe the music to the retaurant there so you still here the soundtrack and if you time it right you can also see the water parade.

Its a great experience from the MK but we like to watch it from our resort just about every night. We stay at the Poly, and they are shot high in the sky, great view from the beach but you can't hear the music or story. Sometimes they pipe the music out in the speaker system at the resort and sometimes not.
