Hi,

We will arrive at DLP on Wednesday afternoon but don't have park tickets until Thursday so I was wondering if its possible to view the fireworks from another vantage point on the property? If so where is the best place for this?

Many thanks :)

Doubt you would see much and the fireworks ate only a small part of the show

The only place I think you would be able to see it from would be from inside the Disneyland Hotel from one of the bedrooms or resturants that face Main Street USA.

I'm not sure the restaurants at the DLH would work for Dreams - they have the Main St railway station in between them and the Castle don't they?

Wasn't there a Dreams! package from the California Grill which included cocktails and a view of the show from a balcony? Not sure where the balcony was might have been up stairs in the Castle Club???

I'm sure it was the Founders Club balcony they used for this Dreams gourmet meal wasn't it?

Yep that's it!

Sorry OP but no you can't see Dreams! from the DLH. Unless you have a room there that over looks Main Street

Thanks everyone. I'm more accustomed to Disney World so I thought there may be lots of viewing opportunities from afar, not to worry :)

You can see but not hear Dreams from the roof of the Vinci car park - The Disney Village one - if you wanted to go up there ;)

We stayed at the Polynesian resort last June. We watched the fireworks on the beach in a hammock with drinks in our hands. Spectacular!

We stayed at the Wilderness Lodge in the spring for my daughter's s 9th birthday.
I had done some research and found a room # recommendation. When we checked in I asked for the room. The cast member was a little surprised, but honored my request. When we got to the room the view was the back of the hotel including dumpsters. Needless to say my husband was not impressed. Later that night after and exhausting 1st day of travel and fun. My girls showered and jumped in bed. With curtains open and radio tuned in we all enjoyed watching the fireworks over the magic kingdom. Amazing experience!

Wrong thread, the OP is talking about Disneyland Paris

Thanks again! Even the WDW reccomendations were fun to read.
I thought I'd also update you incase anyone can benifit in future...we wondered around the Disney Land hotel at around 6.30 and my husband went off exploring and discovered Inventions closed but not cordoned off so we sat by the big window and watched the show (well the top half) in the warm! A chef came along and just smiled and other staff seemed unfased by us being there. So if you find yourself in a similar situation and are happy to be inconspicuous you may want to give it a try!
