My wife and i will be in Orlando Oct 20-30th for both business and pleasure. I have a conference at the Radison on International Drive the 26-30th. Instead of switching hotels, we will be staying at the WL and I will be driving back and forth so my wife can still enjoy Disney while I am working. We did get the AP rate from the 26-30.

I would also like to fly my assistant and his wife for the conference during the 26-30. My question is, can I book another room with my AP discount? (If there are any still available) If so, do I have to be there when they check in or do I "check in" the room and pay for it with my credit card?

Thanks in advance for the advise

Yes, I just booked two rooms for November, and I read that you can book up to three rooms.

You can book up to three rooms on one AP. I have two rooms booked for Oct (family coming down after cruise) I will be there when we check in. Both of my rooms are on one reservation. I would think you would have to check in for both of them and show your AP.
You could set up your reservations like this...
1 room for Oct 20-26
2 rooms for Oct 26-30
I would call and check if any AP rates are left for the second room.
You said you have AP rate for 26-30 already but not for 20-26?
Is your whole 10 days on one reservation right now?
Give them a call and see whats left and go from there..

Good luck.

Our 10 days are on 2 separate reservations. They did not have any AP rates for Oct 20-25 because of the Golf Classic. I guess there are a lot of Pro Golfers and families staying at the WL that week.
