Hi,
Can you request your food without sauces on it? I'm a low carber and don't want hidden carbs getting into me. Also can you get just oil and vinegar for your salads? Thanks for your responses!

On our Dec 2001 cruise my DD orsered her pasta w/o sauce and it was no problem for the kitchen. O&V is available for your salads. Disney can be very accomodating to special diet needs.

They will help you out and bend backwards for you if they can. It never hurts to ask and they will try to do it.
